Learn engineering concepts that improve your final manufactured products, such as animating assemblies, creating sophisticated material simulations, and considering the final outcome of your objects with post processing techniques. Walkthrough of assembly and simulation tools in Fusion 360.

Coding/Generative Design

Using coding language to create 3D models for printing means that you can generate a multitude of options. See what tools are out there and how they are impacting the future of design. Walkthrough of coding in Openscad.

Design Challenge

Participants will create and refine a final design, based on a set of specifications, that will be entered into a class-wide contest. The winning design will be announced in an article on 3Dprint.com.
